Let's Get Acquainted
I'm passionate about travel and, more specifically, about travel to Antarctica. There are so many great travel sites online do we really need another? Maybe not, but I decided to share some of my experiences because, well, we all have our own unique perspective and that perspective sometimes leads to insights and Aha! moments for others.
I don't pretend to be an authority on Antarctica but I've met several people who are - researchers, historians, educators, aviators, writers, travel professionals. Maybe some of the information I've gleaned from them will, in some way, inform, entertain, or inspire you - ideally all three!
As for me, when I'm not traveling to Antarctica or to other points on the globe, either remote or well-travelled, I tend to life in Oracle, Arizona - and plan my next travel adventure.
